Rock Your Core With Pilates

While one-on-one Pilate’s sessions with a trainer (which tend to involve traditional equipment such as towers, reformers, and chairs) are great, you don’t have to have any special gear to get an amazing Pilates workout. In fact, all you really need is a clear space on the floor and a Pilates  mat.

“Resistance training, the essence of Pilates, is scientifically proven to create lean muscle and rev up your metabolism and burn calories all day long,” Christine explains. “Cardio is great; but the second you hop off the bike or the treadmill, you stop burning calories.
